The HGM400N series power station automation controller integrates digital, intelligent and networked technologies and is used in the automation and monitoring system of a single generator set to realize automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and other functions of the generator set. The controller adopts graphic liquid crystal (LCD) display, with optional interface operation in six languages: Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, and French, with simple operation and reliable operation.

HGM400N series power station automation controller adopts microprocessor technology to realize the functions of precise measurement, constant value adjustment, timing and threshold value adjustment of various parameters. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or through the USB Interface adjustment and monitoring. It has compact structure, simple wiring and high reliability, and can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.

Performance characteristics

The HGM400N series has two models:

HGM410N: used for stand-alone automation, control the automatic start and stop of the generator set through the remote start signal;

HGM420N: On the basis of HGM410N, mains power monitoring and mains/generation automatic switching control function (AMF) are added, especially suitable for a single-machine automation system composed of one city and one institution.

Main Features

1. Liquid crystal display LCD is 132×64, with backlight, eight languages ​​(Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, French, Portuguese, Polish) display, touch button operation;

2. The screen protection adopts hard screen acrylic material, which has good wear resistance and scratch resistance;

3. Silicone panel and buttons are used, which can adapt to the high and low temperature of the environment;

4. With RS485 communication interface, the “three remote” function can be realized by using MODBUS protocol;

5. With CAN BUS interface, it can be connected to EFI with J1939. It can not only monitor common data of EFI (such as water temperature, oil pressure, speed, fuel consumption, etc.), but also control startup, shutdown, High-speed and low-speed, etc. (a controller with CAN BUS interface is required);

6. Suitable for three-phase four-wire, three-phase three-wire, single-phase two-wire, two-phase three-wire (120V/240V) power supply 50Hz/60Hz system;

10. Control and protection function: realize the functions of automatic start/stop, closing and opening (ATS switching) and perfect fault display protection of diesel generator sets;

11. It has the functions of power-on shutdown, idle speed control, preheating control, and speed control, all of which are relay outputs;

12. Parameter setting function: allows users to change and set their parameters, and at the same time, it is stored in the internal FLASH memory, which will not be lost when the system is powered off. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or through the PC USB interface adjustment, can also be adjusted through the RS485 interface using a PC;

13. Two multiplexed input ports 4 and 5. Input port 4 can be used as a digital input port or fuel level sensor, and input port 5 can be used as a digital input port or a programmable sensor, which can be used flexibly in different occasions.

14. A variety of temperature, pressure and oil level sensors can be used directly, and parameters can be customized;

23. A rubber sealing ring is designed between the shell and the control panel, and the protection performance can reach IP55;
