The HGM400N series power station automation controller integrates digital, intelligent and networked technologies and is used in the automation and monitoring system of a single generator set to realize automatic start/stop, data measurement, alarm protection and other functions of the generator set. The controller adopts graphic liquid crystal (LCD) display, with optional interface operation in six languages: Chinese, English, Spanish, Russian, Turkish, and French, with simple operation and reliable operation.
HGM400N series power station automation controller adopts microprocessor technology to realize the functions of precise measurement, constant value adjustment, timing and threshold value adjustment of various parameters. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or through the USB Interface adjustment and monitoring. It has compact structure, simple wiring and high reliability, and can be widely used in various types of generator set automation systems.

The HGM400N series has two models:
HGM410N: used for stand-alone automation, control the automatic start and stop of the generator set through the remote start signal;
HGM420N: On the basis of HGM410N, mains power monitoring and mains/generation automatic switching control function (AMF) are added, especially suitable for a single-machine automation system composed of one city and one institution.

10. Control and protection function: realize the functions of automatic start/stop, closing and opening (ATS switching) and perfect fault display protection of diesel generator sets;
11. It has the functions of power-on shutdown, idle speed control, preheating control, and speed control, all of which are relay outputs;

Parameter setting function: allows users to change and set their parameters, and at the same time, it is stored in the internal FLASH memory, which will not be lost when the system is powered off. All parameters of the controller can be adjusted from the front panel of the controller, or through the PC USB interface adjustment, can also be adjusted through the RS485 interface using a PC;
13. Two multiplexed input ports 4 and 5. Input port 4 can be used as a digital input port or fuel level sensor, and input port 5 can be used as a digital input port or a programmable sensor, which can be used flexibly in different occasions.
