Product Requirements and Challenges
1. Low working noise
Railway (bureau) generator sets are mainly used for machine repair and emergency measures. ATS function, AMF function, low noise, stable performance, support the normal operation of the railway station.
2. Main and necessary protective devices
In case of the following faults, the unit will automatically stop and send a corresponding signal: low oil pressure, high water temperature, overspeed, unsuccessful start, etc.; the starting mode of the unit is selected as the automatic start mode. The unit must have AMF (automatic mains failure) function and be equipped with ATS to realize automatic start. When the mains power fails and the starting time delay is < 5 seconds (adjustable), the unit can be automatically started (a total of three consecutive automatic start functions), and the mains/genset full-load switching time is < 10 seconds, which fully meets the time required for inputting the load Less than 12 seconds, after the mains power is restored, the unit will run for 0-300 seconds and then automatically stop after cooling (adjustable).
3. Stable performance and strong reliability
The mean interval between failures of the unit is not less than 2000 hours;
In terms of technical performance, the no-load voltage setting range of the unit is 95-105% of the rated voltage.
Solution
Generally, railway stations are composed of two power sources, one is city power, and the other is equipped with some diesel generator sets to deal with sudden power outages. The generator sets are required to be equipped with AMF function and equipped with ATS to ensure that once the main power supply of the railway station is cut off, the alternative power supply system must be able to provide power immediately, and the low noise and stability meet the special requirements of the railway station. By being equipped with RS232 or RS485/422 communication interface, it can be connected with a computer for remote monitoring, remote control, remote signaling and telemetry, and it is fully automatic and unattended.
